Post Facebook refused to let anyone see about demonstrations that hurt innocents

Posted by John T. Reed on

Facebook would not let me post the following:. Lawrence Jones, a Fox reporter said today that the First Amendment grants Americans the right to demonstrate in the middle of the street. . The hell it does. When Giuliani was mayor, his policy was that demonstrators could publicly show their support for their position, but he said they could NOT impeded traffic which includes ambulances, police cars and fire engines. . I think a broader principle applies. First, the word “demonstration” does not appear in the Constitution. The pertinent words that do appear are “speech” and “peaceably to assemble” and “petition...

Cannot have holding penalties during the take-a-knee period

Posted by John T. Reed on

In the 11//21/20 Army-Georgia Southern game, Army punted on 4th and 5 with 2:20 and no GS timeouts left. I did not notice if Army waited until the end of the play clock. But the most important clock management technique is getting first down which they failed to do. . Oh, Army just intercepted GS with 2:07 left. Take a knee four times. Game over. Army wins.. But the two Army players drew holding penalties on the...

They should be looking for all deviations from past voting patters in the district in question or differences between voting patterns around the US in 2020. Some differences are normal. 450,000 ballots with one candidate only voted for sounds fraudulent, but I need to know the normal pattern. Numerical tabulations that violate the “10% for each digit on the right end of the number” normal pattern and Benford’s Law regarding the left-hand digit. Americans have plenty...

Election, revolution, whatever means Dems win

Posted by John T. Reed on

Dems are looking forward to and ginning up election riots. My local Communist paper headline is "sending a message Election Protests? Probably For Days unrest could last weeks as votes across nation are counted, price say" Why are they doing this? They fear another loss and they are fed up with democracy resulting in the wrong side winning. They are trying to morph elections into a Jacobin process like the French Revolution. If we do have a French Revolution, I think the Dems will lose that, too. Their radical left took over the party which may result in a Dem...
