My brother-in-law’s triplex now being marketed in Boston area

I mentioned last week that my brother-in-law died on 10/11. He owned a triplex in the Porter Square area of Somerville MA (44 Elm Street). It is now for sale.

I never owned it. My wife owns it now. But I have been very impressed with the Realtors Sara Rosenfeld and Karen Morgan of Coldwell Banker so I thought I would give them a plug. Because this is one of the most educated markets in the world—near Harvard, MIT, etc.—the Realtors have to go to extraordinary lengths to market rental property—anticipating the many penetrating questions.
